THE NEWSPAPER EMPLOYEES LAW.

Introduction.

Basic purpose of Newspaper employees Conditions law, is the implementation of wage board award, and to ensure minimum salaries of newspaper employee, any newspaper employee who is not getting salaries as prescribed by the wage board award may file an application before the implementation tribunal for newspaper employee, for recovery of his dues before the Chairman Implementation tribunal for newspaper employee, against the newspaper establishment then notice is served to the newspaper establishment. And after receiving their reply summary trial is initiated.

Purpose of the Act.

To make a check upon the newspaper establishment whether they are paying minimum salaries to newspaper employees in accordance with law and to ensure the implementation of wage award

Newspaper employee meaning:

Any person who is working in newspaper establishment in any capacity whether he or she is journalist or not is termed as newspaper employee.
